24th and Alberta

Commercial / Retail

This modernist exterior face lift was inspired by the existing lines of the building. A budget conscious Owner requested an eye catching exterior and flexible interior space. Interior walls were removed to allow for open retail space.

Storefront windows were replaced with large glazed openings. Tongue and groove cedar siding is stained to emphasize the horizontal lines of the facade. This project was conducted while the Architect was affiliated with a previous firm.
