Situated at the gateway to Oregon City’s historic downtown district, 12th and Main is proposed on an urban development site to offer residents and tenants alike the opportunity to live, work, and thrive in downtown Oregon City.

Strategic site placement and thoughtful design shall allow the proposed development to accommodate +\- 40,000 square feet of residential and retail space on a site once thought irredeemable due to existing easements and utilities. Situated within walking distance to mass public transit as well as I-205, the proposed development shall offer experiences friendly to drivers, cyclists, and pedestrians alike.

The proposed development features 49 residential units from studios to 2-bedroom units. Additionally, two highly visible retail spaces shall be situated at ground level on each street corner. Culminating with a 3,000 square foot rooftop terrace, 12th and Main shall offer 360-degree views of the Downtown Oregon City, the Willamette River, and beyond.
